Susan is the Licensing and Contracting Coordinator. She is responsible for all documentation in the agent hiring process. Working closely with Contracting in Boston and Corporate Licensing in Johnstown, PA she makes sure the new representatives are processed in a timely manner. She backs up Policy Holder Services, Securities and runs inforce illustrations. She has worked for New England Financial for five years, two years in the Wichita, KS office and three years here. She is married to Tom and they have two children.
