Provides a warm welcome to all guest as the first impression to the office.  Performs the following functions:

• Process incoming and outgoing calls, faxes, correspondence, and mail
• Maintain the inventory of office supplies
• Assist Marketing Department with SMRS, business cards, stationery and envelopes for the footprint
• Route customer questions/problems to proper individual
• Assist Site Leader, Operations Manager and staff as directed
